Why[edit]
Why is this pending deletion? Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 03:35, 1 September 2017 (CT)
- Because it's not used any where, so it's debatable whether or not to keep it. Waterfall is an unrelated page, so... 09:41, 1 September 2017 (EDT)
- Yeah, delete this, as this has no purpose. Yoshi the SSM (talk) 11:23, 2 September 2017 (EDT)
- Other than the Sprites section of Gallery:New Super Mario Bros. U? (T|C) 12:33, 9 September 2017 (EDT)
- I stuck it in Water Geyser since that appears to be what it is, but there's an inconsistency with the games, so uh... Unless this image actually isn't from NSMBWii? 12:38, 9 September 2017 (EDT)
- I believe it is incorrectly named, as I don't believe they appear in NSMBWii. The image is also in Category:New Super Mario Bros. U Images. --TheFlameChomp (talk) 12:40, 9 September 2017 (EDT)
- Well, I decided to contact the guy who uploaded it anyway, see what he says. 12:42, 9 September 2017 (EDT)
- This looks similar to the stuff in World 2-1 (New Super Mario Bros. Wii). Except this is water and World 2-1 is sand. Yoshi the SSM (talk) 12:47, 9 September 2017 (EDT)
- Playing through the game myself, seeing what I can find. May be a while, as my save file was deleted earlier apparently, so I'm not at the Water world yet... 13:07, 9 September 2017 (EDT)
- I have the Water world of New Super Mario Bros. Wii. And the only thing I could find (and even this is a stretch as it is much wider and thinner and behaves different) is the waterfall from the castle boss of the world. Yoshi the SSM (talk) 13:17, 9 September 2017 (EDT)
- In that case, the image must be labeled incorrectly. Should I move it? Better safe than sorry? 13:20, 9 September 2017 (EDT)
- I think that would make sense (though we may want to wait for Yes man (talk) to respond, in case it is something different) --TheFlameChomp (talk) 13:29, 9 September 2017 (EDT)
- Glad this got resolved. I wasn't sure what to do with this image when I found it in Special:UnusedFiles, which is why I tagged with {{delete-request}} instead of {{delete}}. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 19:34, 11 September 2017 (EDT)
