It is posted by Basement Musician, and has a difficulty rating of 4/4 stars. Its name is likely a reference to "Wax on, wax off," a quote from The Karate Kid.
Layout
The entire level consists of Mario dashing while hitting ON/OFF Switches in rapid succession to the Giant Gate.
