Cobalt Star

The Cobalt Star is an item given to the Mario Bros. after Professor E. Gadd tastes some of their coffee at the Starbeans Cafe. The item doubles the wearer's Stache points.
The Cobalt Star is also the name given to the power source for E. Gadd's time machine. The Cobalt Star was unfortunately shattered into six pieces during the Mushroom Kingdom's past, forcing the Mario Bros. to go on an extensive journey to retrieve them.
