Template:Infobox Mario Party DS is an upcoming video game for the Nintendo DS which was mentioned at E3 2007. It will be the eleventh installment in the Mario Party series (thirteenth in Japan) and will be released for North America on November 19, 2007. The most notable characteristic of this game is the addition of the touch screen and microphone, and the availability of the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. It is possible for up to four players to play in wireless mode.
Story
The game begins with an average day in the Mushroom Kingdom. This is soon changed when Kamek dropsoff some fliers inviting Mario and the gang to a get-together at Bowser's castle. Once there, Bowser entraps everyone behind bars and shrinks them to the size of chess pieces. They are then dropped off in a sack in the middle of what appears to be an average neighborhood. Everyone soon realizes they must work together, and gather the power of the stars to restore themselves to normal size and defeat Bowser.[1]
