Change this image into a USA/Canada dual flag

Most of the time, the game/system release dates for Canada and the USA are represented only by the American flag. I'd say we should replace this image with this Canada/USA dual flag to show that the release date applies to Canada, too. As for pages where the two countries have different release dates for something (Ex: New Super Mario Bros.) or when a game wasn't released in either Canada or USA (Ex: Photos with Mario), we can re-upload the regular US flag on its own and fix the exceptions. We use an EU flag to represent Europe, I'd say this would be a similar situation. --The signature for the user SuperML. 17:50, 22 August 2018 (EDT)
