This is a list of the 35 Power Moons that can be found in the Lost Kingdom of Super Mario Odyssey.

3 | Inside the Stone Cage |
The player can see this Power Moon behind some stone bars near the start of the kingdom. In order to access it, Mario must ground pound the large stone block next to the cage, which will create an opening leading to this Power Moon. | Available from the start. |
4 | On a Tree in the Swamp |
The player can find this Power Moon sitting on a tree branch near the Swamp Hill checkpoint. To obtain it, Mario must capture a Tropical Wiggler and then use it to stretch himself onto the tree branch where the Power Moon awaits. | Available from the start. |
5 | Over the Fuzzies, Above the Swamp |
At the Mountainside Platform checkpoint, the player can find this Power Moon above some moving platforms. Mario must ride the platforms while dodging the Fuzzies in order to collect the Power Moon. | Available from the start. |
6 | Avoiding Fuzzies Inside the Wall |
At the Mountainside Platform checkpoint, the player can find this Power Moon in an 8-bit section on the wall. To access it, Mario must open the nearby red-cap-door, which will reveal an 8-Bit Pipe behind it. Entering this Warp Pipe will take Mario to the 8-bit section, where he must ride across the moving platforms while avoiding the Fuzzies in order to obtain the Power Moon. | Available from the start. |
7 | Inside the Rising Stone Pillar |
The player can find this Power Moon on the back side of the tallest stone pillar that forms the staircase leading up to the Swamp Hill checkpoint. | Available from the start. |
8 | Enjoying the View of Forgotten Isle |
The player can find this Power Moon on the top of a tree near the Rocky Mountain Summit checkpoint. | Available from the start. |
9 | On the Mountain Path |
While traversing up the central mountain in the kingdom, the player can find a glowing spot on the ground. If Mario ground pounds the glowing spot, he will receive a Power Moon. | Available from the start. |
10 | A Propeller Pillar's Secret |
Mario must ground pound the center of the first propeller-shaped pillar near the Swamp Hill checkpoint in order to receive this Power Moon. | Available from the start. |
11 | Wrecked Rock Block |
In the north-eastern corner of the kingdom, the player can find a shiny stone block. In order to destroy it, Mario must lure a Trapeetle near it and then throw Cappy at the Trapeetle to detonate it, which will destroy the block and reveal the Power Moon inside. | Available from the start. |
12 | A Butterfly's Treasure |
The player can find a glowing butterfly resting on a ledge just above the large red ground-pound switch on the path to the mountain summit. If Mario throws Cappy at the butterfly, he will receive a Power Moon. | Available from the start. |
13 | Caught Hopping in the Jungle! |
On the first propellor-shaped pillar near the Swamp Hill checkpoint, the player can find a rabbit. If Mario catches the rabbit, he will be rewarded with a Power Moon. | Available after leaving the Lost Kingdom and then returning. |
14 | Cave Gardening |
Near the large red ground-pound switch on the path to the mountain summit, the player can find a hidden cave on the back side of the mountain. Inside the cave, the player should notice several flower sprouts in the ground. If Mario throws Cappy at all the flower sprouts and blooms all the flowers, the player will be rewarded with a Power Moon. | Available from the start. |
15 | Moon Shards in the Jungle |
On the western side of the kingdom (near the Mountainside Platform checkpoint), the player should notice five Moon Shards located on the tree stumps nearby. If Mario can collect all five (by capturing a Tropical Wiggler), he will receive a Power Moon. | Available from the start. |
16 | Peeking Out from Under the Bridge |
Near the start of the kingdom, the player can find a Power Moon underneath the stone bridge. To collect it, Mario must capture a Tropical Wiggler and use its body to stretch himself into the Power Moon. | Available from the start. |
17 | Twist 'n' Turn-Up Treasure |
At the start of the kingdom, the player should look for a low ledge south of the starting position. On this low ledge, the player can find a keyhole, and they should notice a key nearby floating over the poison water. To obtain the key, Mario must capture a Tropical Wiggler and use its body to stretch out into the key. This will unlock the keyhole and reveal the hidden Power Moon. | Available from the start. |
18 | Soaring Over Forgotten Isle! |
From the Rocky Mountain Summit, Mario must capture Glydon and use him to glide over to an isolated island located to the south, where this Power Moon can be found. | Available from the start. |
19 | The Caged Gold |
Near the start of the kingdom, the player should notice a Power Moon inside a cage on top of a tree. To open the cage, Mario must use a Trapeetle from the northern ledge and lure it into destroying the cage. The player can then collect the Power Moon. | Available from the start. |
20 | Get Some Rest, Captain Toad |
On the northern side of the kingdom, the player should look for an opening near the bottom of the cliff face. To enter the opening, Mario must capture a Tropical Wiggler (from near the Mountainside Platform checkpoint) and use it to cross over the tree stumps where the Moon Shards (from the "Moon Shards in the Jungle" Power Moon) were found. At the other end of the stumps, Mario can find the cliffside opening, where Captain Toad is located. Talking to him will reward the player with a Power Moon. | Available from the start. |
21 | Shopping on Forgotten Isle |
The player can purchase a Power Moon from the Crazy Cap Shop for 100 yellow Coins. | Available from the start. |
22 | Taxi Flying Through Forgotten Isle |
Mario must capture the Binoculars next to the Koopa Troopa racer and look north-northeast while zoomed in to find a taxi sailing through the sky. Spotting it will cause the Power Moon to land on a nearby palm tree | Available after defeating Bowser in the Moon Kingdom. |
23 | I Met a Tropical Wiggler! |
On top of a free-standing wall east of the Swamp Hill checkpoint flag, there is a Bonneter who is visiting the kingdom for research purposes, in hopes he will see a Tropical Wiggler up close. Mario must capture a Tropical Wiggler and, with the right elevation, present himself as a Wiggler to the Bonneter researcher to earn a Power Moon. | Available after defeating Bowser in the Moon Kingdom. |
24 | Lost Kingdom Regular Cup |
At the start of the kingdom, the player can find a Koopa Troopa hosting the Koopa Freerunning mini-game. Mario must enter the race and then reach the finish line in first place to be awarded a Power Moon. | Available after defeating Bowser in the Moon Kingdom. |
25 | Peach in the Lost Kingdom |
At the Rocky Mountain Summit, the player can find Princess Peach. Talking to her will reward Mario with a Power Moon. | Available after defeating Bowser in the Moon Kingdom and talking to the Toad outside Peach's Castle (Mushroom Kingdom). |
26 | The Shining Fruit |
This Power Moon is hanging off a red-leaved palm tree that is north of the Odyssey and east of Luigi. | Available after opening the kingdom's Moon Rock. |
27 | Jump Down to the Top of a Tree |
This moon is located atop a tree trunk directly west of the Swamp Hill. Mario can either jump down from the edge of Swamp Hill or glide down from the Rocky Mountain Summit using Glydon to obtain this moon. | Available after opening the kingdom's Moon Rock. |
28 | Line It Up, Blow It Up |
On the southeast corner of Swamp Hill, there is a stack of two blocks behind a ground poundable staircase, with the upper block containing the Power Moon. Mario must ground pound said staircase so as the block stack is visible from the south. Mario must then head to east Rocky Mountain and coax a Trapeetle into blowing up the block stack, releasing the Power Moon. | Available after opening the kingdom's Moon Rock. |
29 | Taking Notes: Stretch and Shrink |
West of the western propeller pillar is a rainbow treble clef that must be accessed via Tropical Wiggler, as the path the Rainbow Notes form require the stretching abilities of the Tropical Wiggler. When all notes are collected in time, the Power Moon appears on the platform in between both propeller pillars. | Available after opening the kingdom's Moon Rock. |
30 | Lost Kingdom Master Cup |
At the start of the kingdom, the player can find a Koopa Troopa hosting the Koopa Freerunning mini-game. Mario must enter the race and then reach the finish line in first place to be awarded a Power Moon. | Available after opening the kingdom's Moon Rock and collecting the "Lost Kingdom Regular Cup" Power Moon. |
31 | Lost Kingdom Timer Challenge |
There is a scarecrow located on the southeast corner of the Rocky Mountain. Throwing Cappy on it reveals a path leading back to the southeast peninsula of the region and the Power Moon atop a green-leaved palm tree northwest of the Odyssey. Mario has 10 seconds to grab the Power Moon. | Available after opening the kingdom's Moon Rock. |
32 | Stretch and Traverse the Jungle |
Next to the Odyssey, the player can find a Moon Pipe which leads to a bonus area. In this bonus area, Mario must capture Tropical Wigglers to make it through an obstacle course including P Switches which make walls of poisoned water sink for a limited time as well as a Fire Piranha Plant. | Available after opening the kingdom's Moon Rock. |
33 | Aglow in the Jungle |
In the area with the "Stretch and Traverse the Jungle" Power Moon, Mario must make it to the part with the Fire Piranha Plant and the large amount of Brick Blocks. He must lure the Fire Piranha Plant to light the two torches on the left and right sides, which will reward Mario with a Power Moon. | Available after opening the kingdom's Moon Rock. |
34 | Chasing Klepto |
If the player drops off the side of the Rocky Mountain Summit with the tree, they can find a Moon Pipe which leads to a bonus area. In this bonus area, Mario must chase down Klepto once again after he takes Cappy again. He must traverse an area filled with lava, Lava Bubbles, and Micro Goombas. After saving Cappy once more, Mario can throw him at a Lever Switch, which unlocks a cage containing the Power Moon. | Available after opening the kingdom's Moon Rock. |
35 | Extremely Hot Bath |
In the area with the "Chasing Klepto" Power Moon, Mario must capture a Lava Bubble and swim to a pillar at the far right corner of the area. Mario can find the Power Moon hiding behind the pillar and can jump as the Lava Bubble to grab it. | Available after opening the kingdom's Moon Rock. |
