The recent proposal allows the coverage of distinctly Mario aspects of guest appearances. Monita has nothing to do with Mario. She is a generically unique character created for Nintendo Land, and nothing more. She doesn't have anything to do with the Mario franchise, nor more than she does The Legend of Zelda or Pikmin or any of the other franchises represented in the game. Like the Arcade Bunny, she does not deserve an article on the wiki.

- Time Turner (talk) Per proposal.
- Ultimate Mr. L (talk) Per proposal.
- Alex95 (talk) - I was going to oppose and say that Monita's article could be expanded to cover what she does in the Mario-related attractions...until I found that she only plays a role in the Luigi's Mansion and Takamaru's Ninja Castle ones. And they're pretty minor. So yeah, per proposal.

- Rude, tbh. Hello, I'm Time Turner. 16:30, 5 January 2018 (EST)
- Oh sorry. LUIGIRULES71
Responding To BBQ Turtle: Seems absolutely useless and completely unrelated to the Mario franchise? Huh that sounds Like EVERY SUPER SMASH BROS STAGE THAT ISN'T A MARIO STAGE, DONKEY KONG STAGE, YOSHI STAGE, OR WARIO STAGE! Why aren't We Deleting The Smash Bros Stages that aren't related??? LUIGIRULES71
- The simple explanation is that Super Smash Bros. is a crossover (therefore we cover everything within the game), whereas Nintendo Land is a guest appearance (therefore we only cover the Mario aspects in dedicated articles). And no need to shout. Hello, I'm Time Turner. 17:16, 5 January 2018 (EST)
- Basically what Time Turner said, they beat me to it, and explained it better than I would've. Also, what I said was only my opinion. I put "seems" as to me, that is what it appears to be. You may not agree with that, and that's fine, you just don't need to be quite so aggressive about it. BBQ Turtle (talk) 17:23, 5 January 2018 (EST)
- Bu-But...There's already a Wiki about The Smash Bros Stages...an-and Other Wikis don't Cover The Smash Bros Stages... LUIGIRULES71
- Keep in mind that each wiki has its own set of rules. How we do things can be different than how SmashWiki or ZeldaWiki does things. 17:43, 5 January 2018 (EST)
- Bu-But Monita is Best Waifu.....You Can't Delete Best Waifu's Page..... LUIGIRULES
- no Hello, I'm Time Turner. 18:01, 5 January 2018 (EST)
- Look, we can never always get what we want. "Waifu" or not, it makes zero difference. You may not like the consensus, but you still need a valid reason if you want the page kept. (And this from someone who once thought every single Power Moon, even the minor ones, deserved an article, despite overwhelming opposition.) (T|C) 18:12, 5 January 2018 (EST)
