Nintendo World Championships 1990 is an exceedingly rare American game for the NES, with only 116 carts in existance.

This cartridge was indeed used in the World Championships, and it features the three games Super Mario Bros., Rad Racer, and Tetris.

The player starts out in Super Mario Bros. The player has infinite lives, and when he or she collects fifty coins, he or she is moved on to Rad Racer.
