Toad's Turnpike.
Toad's Turnpike is a course in the Flower Cup of Mario Kart 64. It is named after Toad and pictures of him are seen on the boundaries of the racetrack. The race track takes place on a public road at night. There are vehicles in the course that cause racers to spin out if they hit one as they drive forward. There is a glitch at the start of the course that can cut a time to around three fifths of what it would normally be. [1] [2] [3] [4]
