Destruction Duet
Template:Minigame-infobox Destruction Duet is a 2-vs-2 player minigame found in Mario Party 2. It costs 200 Coins to purchase it and is the sixth to come up in the Mini-Game Coaster.
Gameplay
In the minigame, teams of two players each race to be the first to reduce a Bowser Statue to rubble by punching, kicking, and performing Hip Drops upon it. The Control Stick is used to move. is pressed to jump, and to punch. The player can Jump Kick by pressing in the air. Pressing while the character is in the air will result in a Hip Drop.
The game has three variations: Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3. The difference between the variations is the size of the statue; Type 1 has the smallest (a statue of Bowser crouching), Type 2 has medium (a statue of Bowser standing normally), and Type 3 has the largest (a statue of Bowser standing upright with his arms up). If neither team tears down the statue in 60 seconds, the minigame ends in a draw.

- In Mini-Game Coaster, the version that is played depends on the difficulty: On Easy, the Type 1 version is used. On Normal, the Type 2 version is used. On Hard, the Type 3 version is used.
