Electro Blooper is a Blooper found in Paper Mario. Living in Toad Town Tunnels, Electro Blooper was the second Blooper Mario encountered. It guarded either a Shrink Stomp Badge, the 1st Floor Warp Pipes, or the Lavalava Island Warp Pipe. It differed from the normal Blooper in that it was bigger and more powerful. Also, it had an electric charge, preventing contact with it. Ultimately, Mario defeated it.
