Gameplay
Wario is morbidly obese and needs to be at a certain weight. The player must tilt the Game Boy Advance back and forth to make Wario exercise, getting the scale arrow in the blue area.
- Level 1: Wario starts 275 pounds and needs to weigh in between 100 and 200 pounds.
- Level 2: Wario starts 325 pounds and needs to weigh in between 100 and 175 pounds.
- Level 3: Wario starts 375 pounds and needs to weigh in between 100 and 150 pounds.
