Pennington's home in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. Located in Poshley Heights. This is where the Garnet Star is located, as well as the L Emblem which changes Mario's clothes into Luigi's. It is navigated by Sprin jumped on the star emblems and grabbing the various poles. Dark Boos reside in the back room.
