Considering that this enemy doesn't look like a Boo, act like a Boo, or even has a common name with a Boo (it's entirely based on the Japanese name), can we really consider this a Boo? Hello, I'm Time Turner.

The name was added by a former admin, so I'd like to believe that it's valid. At the same time, there's no source, and it'll probably be difficult to find it. I noticed that the name matches up with the one on the Japanese Wikipedia, which was added in alongside the name of everything else by an IP with no source. So, the name may be in doubt.
