Click on the link on the sidebar that says "Upload File". However, this page isn't a Q&A for how to edit the wiki: we have MarioWiki:FAQ and its talk page for this sort of thing, although you should just read MarioWiki:Manual of Style and look through our many policy and help pages first, as most of the answers to potential questions are already explained somewhere. - Walkazo 20:22, 27 February 2015 (EST)

You have to STOP asking these questions here. This is not a Q&A page. You upload new versions of an image by clicking the "Upload a new version of this file" link on the image's page.
