Supposedly she got it at some local hot topic or something, and they're sometimes known to print fanart so I'll check more on this. User:Hateater12

I agree, but it may still be official. Hot Topic and other stores like that still sell official stuff, but sometimes it's fan-art, or possibly done by a T-shirt company. (Which is only licensed by Nintendo, not from them. That's why you don't see various Mario shirts in his wiki gallery, even if they're officially licensed) So I think it may be a half-official thing if that makes sense. User:Hateater12
