A Cream Pie is an item used in the video game Mario Kart Arcade GP. In the game, the player could toss the Pie backwards (and only backwards) to another player. If the player got a successful hit, the other player's screen would be covered in pie cream. This item resembles the Blooper item used in Mario Kart DS, which would effect all players in front of the player, rather than a single player behind you. The Blooper would also get a successful hit no matter what.

It is currently unknown if the item will reappear in the sequel Mario Kart Arcade GP 2.
