Walter is a person living in Flipside. He appears in Super Paper Mario as a minor NPC who has no actual role and is just one of the characters walking around Flipside. He is around 80 years old and his memory and strenght are not as good as they used to be. Walter just loves to eat food. Walters appears in the second floor of Flipside. Template:Minor NPCs
