Mario Kart 7 problems with StreetPass

I have had Mario Kart 7 ever since it came out and in three years I have only received one Street Pass. On the Mii Plaza I have over 400 Miis. Why are none bar one on MK? When I clicked on them it said that some of them had the game. In order to get the Gold Kart I need those Miis... RedShell (talk)

Yoshis New Island

I am going to get this for my birthday but is it any good? When I read Official Nintendo Magazine (ONM) they said they would wait until it was good. However it was an old issue. Is it good now? I wanna know.
