Super Mario Bros. was released on the Wii U Virtual Console in North America on September 19, and both Europe and Australia on September 13, 2013.
Wario Land 3 was released on the 3DS Virtual Console in North America on August 29, 2013.
Nintendo announces the Nintendo 2DS. Its target market is younger children, and it lacks the 3D effect of the Nintendo 3DS. The release dates for Super Mario 3D World, Mario Party: Island Tour, and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze have also been revealed.
