S'crow Bell is a status magic attack used by the enemey Carroboscis in Super Mario RPG. Animation is noted by a huge bell appearing over the party member, ringing and music notes falling on the party member, the bell disappears and the party member turns into a Scarecrow, which is witnessed as birds fly out of their head.
