No-Cash Dash is a Time Attack Challenge in New Super Mario Bros. U. The setting of the course is based on the Layer-Cake Desert level, Spike's Spouting Sands.
Objective
The player must make it through the challenge without collecting a single coin. Coins are scattered around throughout the level, and are also found in Flying Question Blocks. The player will jump on various Sand Spouts and Moai Head platforms to get to the Goal Pole. Enemies that the player must avoid in this challenge include Koopa Troopas, Paratroopas, and Spikes. Spikes will also throw Spiked Balls to make the challenge more difficult.
