PatrolMeow

The PatrolMeow is an enemy found in Super Paper Mario. It is found only in Chapter 3-4. It resembles a robotic cat. The PatrolMeow walks slowly until it spots an intruder, then speeds up as it chases after them.

They look cute, but if they spot you, they'll go into battle mode... I think Francis bought these robots on the Internet and customized them himself...
