Dyllis is a chef in Super Paper Mario. If the heroes bring her two ingredients, she will combine them and create new dishes. She owns Hot Fraun, a restaurant located in Flopside and counterpart to Saffron's Sweet Smiles in Flipside.

Her personality parallels that of Zess T. in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door: gruff and slightly rude. She speaks with a Russian accent.
