Pushmo
Pullblox, (known as Pushmo in North America), is a Nintendo eShop exclusive developed by Nintendo and Intelligent Systems. The puzzles are known as Pullblox, and require the player to control a sumo wrestler-inspired character called Mallo to pull and push these block so as to reach his goal to save children stuck inside the blocks. This new puzzle method was well received by critics, mainly because of how it utilizes the 3D effect of the 3DS, making it extremely hard to solve the Pullblox without it. Pullblox thus became a best-seller, leading to a sequel known as Fallblox (Crashmo in North America).
Pullblox does not directly feature characters from the Mario series, however a number of its puzzles are based on enemies and characters coming from the series. Pullblox based on Mario are the following:
