Pipe Plaza

What happened to it? Was it replaced by The 'Shroom? ^Plumber

In some ways the Trouble Center is a part of what it was supposed to be, but definitely not the 'Shroom. A real community center where there's a collaboration to improve an article, users can post up notices for PipeProjects or other things, and important help links. Here's the collapsed project intact.
