The Blue Baby Yoshi is making an appearance in the first level of this world. It is possible that the Ice Bro's are appearing in the Enemy Course like New Super Mario Bros. Wii in World 3. There are also Toad Houses appearing in this world.

Trivia

  • The trees on the map are changed, the trees of World 3 in New Super Mario Bros. Wii are broader. The trees are also dark green while in World 3 of New Super Mario Bros. Wii are the trees: blue,green or purple.
  • There is also a pipe at the beginning, and it could be possible to be an alternate way. Like World 2 in New Super Mario Bros. Wii and World 6 in New Super Mario Bros. Wii it is an alternate way to the Castle.
