Twila.

Twila is basically the moon who gets into a fight with the sun, Brighton, in the game Mario Party 6. She controls the board for 3 turns and switches off with Brighton every 3 turns. Since the game doesn't have a story mode we never get to see if they resolve their argument but it is assumed they do eventually.
