The Ghost Portrificationizer is a machine by Prof. E Gadd in Luigi's Mansion that can turn anything into house portraits with the Poltergust 3000 attached, which were stored in Professor Elvin Gadd's personal gallery. After each area, Luigi would take all of the ghosts that he had captured, sort out the common ghosts and portait ghosts and turn all of the portrait ghosts into paintings, each looking different and having a different frame depending on how quickly and how many pearls Luigi got while he sucking the ghosts up. The Ghost Portrificationizer can work backwards, according to the last part of the game, where Mario was run backwards through the machine to turn to normal after King Boo turned him into a portrait.

Trivia

  • The first part of the Ghost Portrificationizer, where Luigi plugs in his Poltergust 3000, is modeled after a blue Gamecube.
