Sock it to Lakitu is a Boss minigame in Mario Party 9.
Introduction
The Lakitu flys from the sky, spins around and pulls out a Spiny Egg and throws it onto the field with all the players.
Gameplay
The players must hit blocks with Bullet Bills in them to attack Lakitu. Up to 3 Bullet Bills can be launched at a time. Each Bullet Bill that hits Lakitu earns the player 1 point. There are also Spinies in the blocks and if the player hits a Spiny, they'll lose 1 point. The key is to get Lakitu's health down to 0. The player with the most points at the end wins.
Ending
Once the last Bullet Bill hits Lakitu, he will be flung off, releasing a bunch of Mini Stars.
