Dodge Bomb

Template:Minigame-infobox Dodge Bomb is a 4-player minigame in Mario Party 5. Its name and gameplay comes from the real world sport of Dodgeball.

Opening

The opening basically shows first player picking up the Bob-omb in front of them then throws it to the center of all four players and then the Bob-omb explodes.

Gameplay

The goal of the game is to pick up and throw Bob-ombs at the opposing players, while trying to avoid getting hit by Bob-ombs that are thrown by the others. One trick to remember is that the Bob-ombs will flash red before they explode, so it's wise to stay away from flashing Bob-ombs. The last player standing wins. However, if there is no winner in one minute, or the last two players are eliminated at the same time, the game is a draw.

This minigame, interestingly, takes place in a town square for Bob-ombs. There are several small buildings with different colored roofs surrounding the players. In the middle in a big drawing of a Bob-omb. Roof colors include orange, blue and a light tone of red. Bob-ombs come out of these houses.
