Rest is a move used by Jigglypuff In both Super Smash Bros. Games. it is executed by pressing down B. Jigglypuff will fall asleep. Many found this move to be useless. But, they didn't know the secret behind it. If Jigglypuff is touching a character, and does this move, the character is thrown into the air, and almost always K.O.'s the opponent.
