Same japanese name and similar characteristics, therefore they should be merged just as was done with previous mergers like Goby and Cheep-Cheep, and Podoboo and Lava Bubble.

I already found out the Hootie the Blue Fish is the only one with his original name; Propeller Pakkun, since the Jumping Piranha Plant is called P-Pakkun. This is dump if an article has to be merged with another article if they share the same japanese name since they are different. To me, I think this is silly.
