A {{Reminder}} or {{Warning}} that you issued to another user is under dispute. You may comment on the matter by going here, but please remember to abide by the rules listed at the top of the page. Thank you.

To use this template, type {{AppealNotice|<name>|type=<type>}}

• In the place of <name>, use the name of the user who received the {{Reminder}} and/or {{Warning}}.
• In the place of <type>, put the type of template that the user received; whether it was a reminder, a warning or a lastwarn.

For example, if a reminder was given to the user "Example", the coding would be {{AppealNotice|Example|type=Reminder}}
