Fondest Hopes is a Flopside card shop located on the first floor in Super Paper Mario. The store owner is Boodin, who will sell Mario, Peach, Bowser, and Luigi Catch Card SPs. He will also sell them Caught Cards; cards that have already have the character in the card. Unlike the Card Bags, the player is able to find out what is on the card, along with a varied price depending on the rarity of the card. Just like Hoodin - the Flipside-counterpart of Boodin - he will buy cards from the players. Likewise, he'll refund the card with the price based on its value. The rarer the card, the bigger refund he supplies; the more common the card, the less money he'll give them.

Fondest Dreams is the Flopside variation of Catch a Dream, the Flipside card shop.
