Luigi's Mansion 2 is an upcoming game for the Nintendo 3DS announced at E3 2011. It is the sequel to the Nintendo GameCube game Luigi's Mansion.

The game is said to have several mansions,[1] but there is little info at the moment. The game also introduces the Poltergust 5000, the Poltergust 3000's upgrade.[2] Like in the prequel, it will suck up ghosts.

Shining light via flashlight is no longer sufficient to stun all ghosts in the game. Players need to activate a strobe function to stun the ghosts. The game is said to be a lot more puzzle oriented. [3]
