Hi there; unfortunately, I can't block the person in question since it's his very first edit. However, keep an eye out if he repeats this on other pages -- if the evidence is there that he's consistently doing these types of nonsense edits, then you can let me (or the other sysops) know that the said user needs to get blocked.
