Ballyhoo Bill Launchers are cannons that fire Ballyhoo Bills at Wario in Wario World level, Wonky Circus. Ballyhoo Bill Launchers are cleverly placed in areas with a lot of enemies; the downside being that the Ballyhoo Bills can even hurt the enemies. Usually, they fire out three Ballyhoo Bills at a time, lessening Wario chance to dodge the incoming attack. The best thing for Wario to do in this position is to run past the Ballyhoo Bill Launcher as soon as it tries to recover from a round of Ballyhoo Bills. Ballyhoo Bill Launchers cannot be destroyed, so they should be avoided at all costs.
