Flavio

Flavio is a greedy pirate captian that refers to himself in third-person. He appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He accompanies Mario on his journey to Keehaul Key, and is needed to get into the cave where you can get your treasure-the fifth Crystal Star.
