Time Switchs are a item that appear in Super Mario Galaxy 2. You must ground pount them. Once Ground pounded the entire screen will go Black and White, the music will sound like it's being played out of a old radio and everything will move very slow. They only last for a few seconds though. They appear in 3 Galaxys.
