The Koopas Are Coming! The Koopas Are Coming! was an episode of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!. During the cartoon segment of the episode, the four companions met General George Washingtoad and his army. Also, Mario and Co. need to stop King Koopa (Bowser) freezing everyone and taking over.

In a renactment of the American Revolution, Mario and Co. are called to help the General battle Redcoat Koopa, who arrives at camp, and uses the Ice Scepter to freeze the Revolutionary army. After Mario uses a fireflower to defrost them, Luigi is sent to warn the Toads of the Koopa attack. However he is captured by the Redcoats, and Readcoat Koopa demands Mario surrender. In order to rescue Luigi, Mario decides to attack Koopa's camp from behind, and cross the Delawide river, a feat never done before. Despite this they attack, and Mario manages to take the Scepter, and manage to defeat the Koopas.
