Stone is a status effect in the game Paper Mario. Mario gains this status when he uses a Stone Cap. The item turns Mario into stone, making him impervious to enemy attacks, but also preventing him from moving.
A safer bet is to use a Repel Gel to gain the Invisible status effect.
