Big Troopa

Heavy Troopas are giant, obese Paratroopas that are about four times larger than ordinary Koopas. They appeared during the events of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars both under the allegiance of Valentina and as free-spirits. They have a special launch attack that takes two turns of battle to prepare for. They are similar to Tub-O-Troopas, which are even referred to as Heavy Troopas by the game when it states "Heavy Troopa's ready to launch." They appear to be based on Colossal Koopa Paratroopas from Super Mario Brothers 3. Wingless relatives of the Heavy Troopa, called Ankoopas are found in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga.
