When the user doesn't have a user-page created, the line shows up as well, so I'd be careful. The current template doesn't count userpages when they are only talk-pages. Also, the user page of King Boo 55 (talk) is listed as a sub-page of King Boo (talk), that problem has to be fixed as well. - Cobold (talk · contribs) 16:07, 26 January 2008 (EST)

Twice Per Year

When it says "1 year", does it mean from January 1 to December 31, or just 365 days in general? Because, technically, if it were based on the first and last day of the year, a user could get 4 name changes in less than an hour, if they do two on 12/31 and another two on 1/1.
