The Gattai Tetris Ningen is a monster created by the combination of the Tetris Ningen, appearing in the Super Mario Land 2 Kodansha manga. It is a rectangular composition of Tetris Ningen in Tetrimino form, with some human faces around the body (with Shūchō no German's being the central one and the biggest) and with two big arms and two big legs.

With German aiding King Tetris during his duel with Mario by passing him information about the next Tetrimino to fall in his side, Princess Peach, Luigi, and Goro-chan stop King Tetris' waterfall flow by blocking it with their bodies. When German yells at them to move, the trio refuses, so he fuses with the nearby Tetris Ningen to form the Gattai Tetris Ningen, scaring them off the river. As the monster begins to drop Tetriminos, Luigi shoves a Mine Cart at it, and the monster comes crumbling down to pieces, with one of them falling into Mario's waterfall, making him win the duel.
