Lava Arena

The Lava Arena is a Boss Course in Mario Kart DS. The player can only go on it when facing King Boo in Mission Mode, and is not playable any other time (though the player may do that mission at any time). In order to beat this mission, the player must collect all the 50 coins while avoiding King Boo. However, at a few points he will take most of the player's coins and make all the others disappear. To regain them all, the player must corner King Boo and bump him twice. After obtaining all 50 coins, King Boo is defeated and the mission ends. It is notable for being the largest boss arena (or any arena, for that matter).
