Mario dancing to "Blooper Bop"

"Blooper Bop" is a playable song in Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix. It is an arrangement of the "Underwater Theme" from Super Mario Bros.

The song appears as stage 2-4 in Story Mode, Big Blooper Battle. Having reached an underwater temple, Mario or Luigi moves to grab the second Music Key, only to be stopped by a Big Blooper, which he must defeat via dance. This dance battle serves as the background for the song in all modes.

Unlike in most battles in Story Mode, the Big Blooper does not act like a second, computer-controlled player. However, it does serve as one of the main hazards in Mush Mode. In addition to mini-Bloopers, which behave like regular notes, the Big Blooper's tentacles quickly reach up from the bottom of the screen towards the note receptors, necessitating good reaction time to stomp them.

You gotta dance to get the Music Key back from the tentacles of the giant Blooper!
