Rest
Rest is a move used by Jigglypuff in the Super Smash Bros. games. It is executed by pressing down B. Jigglypuff will then fall asleep. If Jigglypuff is touching a character while doing this move, the character will be hit by a very powerful shock, sending him/her flying in the air. It almost always defeats the foe, no matter how healthy they are, but there are a few exceptions. It is hard to do, however, because the player must be touching the player before it works, and if it fails, then Jigglypuff will fall asleep for a few seconds. Until Jiggypuff awakens, she will not be able to move. In Super Smash Bros. Brawl connecting the attack will cause a flower to grow on the opponent's health, which causes their damage to rise for a while.
Rest is an actual attack in the Pokémon series. However, it puts the user to sleep to recover HP, while in Super Smash Bros., it does not heal, it sends the opponent flying.
