Template:Minigame-infobox Nut Cases is a 2-vs.-2 minigame appearing in Super Mario Party. Its name is a pun on the word "nutcases," a term for crazy or eccentric people.

Gameplay

The minigame is set at the base of a tree. Teams must check various boxes for the number of acorns inside by feeling the strength of their Joy-Con rumbles; the stronger the rumble, the more acorns there are inside. If a player is confident that there is a large enough number of acorns inside any box they pick up, they must place it in with their team's collection. After one minute has passed or if both teams place five boxes on the sides, the team with more acorns wins. However, if both teams have the same number of acorns, the game ends in a tie.

On the Challenge Road, this is the first challenge of Chestnut Forest and the 11th challenge overall. The goal is 15 points for the normal challenge and 20 points for the Master Challenge.
