Goombuigi (talk · edits) is not online but you can create your userpage after you've become an autoconfirmed user, meaning after you've made 10 edits total. Since you've uploaded some personal images, you may want to do this and use your images on your userpage as soon as possible, otherwise the images will be deleted for being unused.
Also, if you're trying to upload a new version of an image, click on the "Upload a new version of this file" under "File history" on the existing file page, rather than uploading it separately. You don't need to upload a rescaled version anyway; instead, you can just resize the image by specifying the width in pixels, like this: File:Bubbasour11.png (type [[File:Bubbasour11.png|60px]]).
